Boys Golf- 2025 Willow Brook 2 Man Scramble

This morning almost 90 HS and MS golfers braved the cold and the rain to compete in the second annual 18 hole 2 Man Scramble at Willow Brook Golf Club.
Durand’s 2 Man Teams were Brayden Kelley-Brayden Joslin, Linkin Armour-Travis Hull, Logan Schubart-Fred Domen, Andrew Weaver-Arthur Crottet, Harley Pugh-Jake Bendall, Brody Demo-Ryan Hunt, Kyler Shepard-Silas Cappelluzzo.
Teams from Bullock Creek, Byron, Croswell-Lexington, Holly, Lake Fenton, Mt Morris, Ovid-Elsie, and Swartz Creek were in the event.
The Durand team with the lowest score was Pugh and Bendall with a 77. This included a birdie on the tough hole 18.
The Armour-Hull team was next with a 78. They made birdie on holes 1 and 4
The Schubart-Domen team was third for Durand with a 79. They had a hot stretch where they birdied holes 5, 7, and 8 in succession.
In the Middle School Scramble, the team of Carson Drury and Max Rathbun won with an 87. Luke Inman and Easton Tanner shot a 90.
The team wishes to thank Willow Brook for hosting this giant outing and the Durand Athletic Department for entering so many Durand players into the event.
