Durand Athletics- Final Forms Registration

We are thrilled to announce that the Durand Area Schools Athletic Department has partnered with FinalForms, a convenient new online platform designed to streamline the registration process and enhance safety for our student-athletes. With FinalForms, you can easily complete and sign all required forms and submit your student’s physical from your computer, tablet, or smartphone—saving you time and ensuring we stay compliant with safety standards. Important: All parents/guardians of student-athletes in grades 6-12 that are competing in a school sport must register on FinalForms before the start of the 2025-2026 athletic season. If you don’t register by then, your athlete will not be eligible to compete. To get started, click the link below to register, complete the forms, and submit your student’s physical.
